SRISA’s course offerings cover a wide range of subjects. During year abroad programs in Florence, students will take between 24-32 total credits from the fine arts, liberal arts, design, or Italian departments. You’ll be able to pick from a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to Painting and Drawing, Printmaking and Book Arts, Analog and Digital Photography, Sculpture, Communication Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design and Merchandising, Textile and Jewelry Design, Art History, History, Italian Language and Culture, Literature, Political Science, Business and Marketing. Your year will be made up of two semesters: Fall Semester (September-December) and Spring Semester( January-April).

Classes don’t just take place in the classroom during your study year abroad. Italy and Florence will become your extended classroom. You’ll be learning new topics and skills in one of the most sought-after destinations in the world, filled with famous art and architecture.
